Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! But before ordering, know that shipping prices for orders outside of the continental U.S. will vary.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are custom made and can take 2-3 weeks to complete. Occasionally we have some extra boards in stock which can be sent out quicker. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.
Additionally, you can use our Store Locator map to find a store near you that carries our products and see what they have in stock.
Can I expedite shipping?
Yes. Please contact us for an expedited shipping quote. Please note that this does not affect the completion time of your order, only the shipping time
What materials do you use in your boards?
All of our boards are made from wood that is either reclaimed (recycled) or come from a sustainably managed forest. This in turn helps to prevent damage to eco-systems, watersheds, and other forest values and allows us to meet the social, ecological, cultural and spiritual needs of present and future generations.
Our boards are then finished or sealed with a high quality, non-toxic, low-VOC, water-based finish.
